We used to own in kas, and spent a lot of time there in the winter, used to drive into kalkan occassionaly, but mostly closed down in the winter, as someone said before, go out for a few weeks in Jan/Feb when is literally dead in kalkan, and see if you like it then, otherwise think again, one of the reasons we sold up in kas is because we want to live in Turkey full time, and in the winter there is very little to do, and its a long way to Antalya for the cinema etc.
