We've had good service from Arcelik shop in Mugla. We only bought our air-con there, but efficient service when it was fitted and when it went wrong - they turned up at date /time specified. Also able to download English instructions for appliances from them or they'll send it you by email. Website has product range in English. I don't know if you can order online, but if not, once you've chosen your product maybe someone local could order it for you from Mugla?
