Re: Closing Ltd company .......

It was always my belief that when closing a company it took around 2 years and had to have an accountant to do it, or at least supply 2 years `books` before it could be closed.
If I am correct then in effect your company may not yet be officially closed down as an accountant was not involved and you have been paying money for nothing.
Just my thoughts but I am out of the loop these days so hopefully someone that has been down this road can confirm.
