Don't like to put a dampner on things,but the renting prices are no where near that's already been mentioned.Where did you get this info was it from the estate agent you bought it from told you that you could get up to such and such money from renting and l suppose they also said that renting is easy.l know many that are renting out there property,long term[there the lucky one's]for 400ytl a month unfurnished and if it's on a complex,the owners pays the site fees,sorry,but this is reality in Turkey,oh there something else tax deductions and accountant fees,it's not worth it.
