Just got back today, great holiday by the way.
Got friendly with a couple who say they get £350 a week for their 2 bed apartment in Altinkum Centre and manage to rent it out 5 months of the summer months on short term rentals. I was amazed at that but have heard similar experiences. But ! I have also spoken to people who think that £100 is more realistic and then there is those that say its just simply not worth renting at all. What to believe ?? I am considering renting my 3 bed/3 bath villa in Akbuk next year. What sort of rent should i be expecting if i decide to go down that path ?
