I have been contacted by a client who is looking to buy a luxury 6+ bedroom villa in Turkey. They have not specified an area but do want a great residential location close enough to local ameneties to make it suitable for letting.

The criteria they have specified is that it must have at least 6 bedrooms, have a private pool(s), have or be near to tennis courts, it should be in a valley/mountain position with good views and perhaps close to golf or large marina.

They would prefer new build but would consider resale or even buying a large plot and developing to their needs.

At present I am unable to offer anything that would match their criteria so I'm looking for any other agent or constructor who has and would be willing to offer me a finders commission should my client decide to buy.

They have a very generous budget which I won't divulge on the forums but I'm looking to see the very best property you have.
