3 bedroom villa to let with sea views and 2 swimming pools nr Gumusluk
Hello eveyone,
I just wanted to let you know about my villa which is now available for rent. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people (1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk bed and a large sof bed).
It is situated in a lovely location at Koyunbaba Bay, close to both Gumusluk and Yalikavak. It is on a small development of only 14 houses and has 2 swimming pools, a fantastic roof terrace and gorgeous sea views.
The villa is modern, well equipped and every effort has been made to create a perfect home from home. Facilities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, chilled water dispenser, BBQ, lots of outdoor furniture, games, books - plus much more.
If you have a baby, there is everything you need at the villa such as travel cot, baby listener, microwave steriliser, there's even a potty and toilet training seat!
Attention to detail has been given throughout with the installation of many extras such as mosquito nets on windows and patio doors, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and roof terrace railings in order to create a safe, family environment.

Prices are between £250-£350 per week between April-October with a £50 discount for any 2 week bookings. If you are interested in a long term winter let between October-April, please enquire about rental rates.
