İ love Turkish food too but find the menus locally very samey - and actually quite boring. İt seems that the chefs all seem stuck in their comfort zones!! İ'm no chef but can follow a recipe and have enjoyed İndian and Chinese food at home made with ingredients all available here in Turkey - so surely a trained chef can get a bit more adventurous.
Don't know if a Chinese or İndian would be successful here in Yalikavak but İ definitely think one with a more İnternational flavour would be welcomed. İ love İndian food - my absolute favourite. (Having watched A Place in France series where they tried İndian food on the French one of the things they came up against is that French people are fiercely proud of their cuisine and not very interested in others - and İ think the same could be said about Turkish folks
