Thanks, Charlotte, for explaining. I just wondered how it works. That kind of site wouldn't be to my taste but I know that it would appeal to lots of people and would probably be good for the rental market. Our house is on a predominantly Turkish owned complex - that, too, has both advantages and disadvantages.
