when we had it up for 65000
price is reduced to 57000 has excellent rental potential
these apartments rent out for 300 per week during summer months
2 mins to beach and everything on the doorstep
we did remove it from the market but have recently put it back on market
there is a couple of 2 beds available from the builder priced at 79000 unfurnished so someone will be getting a bargain at this price
