Been to Cesme twice and other areas too but Cesme beats them hands down in our opinion - just recently returned and now decided to retire there so will be back real soon - cesme is lovely - great harbour, great people, not as cheap as other areas in Turkey but hey its just lovely. Star Bar, Corner Bar and the white house plus the one close to it are all good eating places. No problem bar for your Uk ex pats. try tyhe lamp chops and the sardines yummy (not together tho)

we are looking to buy a property there very soon, but may rent for a short while to get the better prices during the winter season.
