That would have been more appropiate in comparing aging.
But think of it this way.A mature slab of cheese goes well with a bottle of deep red vintage wine.
Ageing:lt taste in cheese is superior,as it ages.
Wisdom:The strength in wisdom,grows as it matures,to give you a body of inner well being,once consumed.
l think that makes sense
