Your villa looks very nice but I am not surprised it has not sold bearing in mind we are on the verge of a worldwide recession property prices are plummeting here in the UK. Spain & Portugal are suffering in the same way. What has compounded the problem is developers have been building properties far to fast all over Europe & you can see all around Turkey new builds standing empty. So I believe you have to make a decision drop the price further if you want to sell quick or wait till the market picks up (could take 5 years). Sorry to be so blunt.
