We knew the bank account was running low and topped it up when we were there, but obviously the direct debit had defaulted before this. My question is, can we settle our bill with Tedas and give them extra on account so that we are in credit until we sort direct debit out. Also is there a re-connetion charge and does it take long for them to do it? We are in Turgutreis. Thanks
