I've got my kimlik!!!!!! Hooray! Everyone at the Bodrum nufus was great and it only cost 3YTL to get my kimlik - So from start to finish it's been 7 months - and I know some people have had a hard time applying but I found it fairly easy and everyone was really nice and helpful.
