Hi Ryan there is few members on this forum who are going through the same hassles as your mum and dad no doubt they will be in touch there is a lot going on at the m oment I will pm you as I may know your mum and dad as I have met a few owners.I have a middle appartment which we tryed to stay in on March of this year we had to move out as the water was pouring in from the upstairs appartment and all the electrics blew up I was shocked when I realised that the tiles had been taken off the roof they were there when I went over in October 2007 when I asked about it I was told there was a leak so by March there was a waterfall
