My heart goes out to people like this who hae thier dreams shattered by criminals - because thats what they are.
I have no experience in this, but simply as a suggestion, arn't there lawyers based in England, with expereince of property matters in Turkey who could fight this case for you. at least with GB lawyers they are bound by a code of practise i.e. The Law Society. Worth having a trawl of the net surely.
