Well what a load of rubbish. You were voted onto the committee by the land owner and residents whos contact details you refuse to disclose. You were one of 3 managers but you changed that to read that you alone had absolute power. If you don't want to be on the committee then get off and let the people who live there take charge. If you really have left L&M these poeple are no longer your clients and you have no right to be representing them surely. Who said you could appoint the builder as secretary? I would also have thought if the contract states the seller is the land owner Fatma Onen and that she agreed in the contract to complete complex then she should. Isn't the bankrupt developer working on the new Arinna complex with the landowner and your builder boyfriend? If you are as inocent as you say you will have no need to worry if you have to answer charges
