I have been quoted £80 per month for someone to come and look after the place and to hold the keys etc, but I will then have to pay £38 on top of that per clean and linen wash/change. I am looking for a reputable company in the area that can look after my house, clean between rents, wash all the linens etc and wont charge an arm and a leg! Also, for those of you that use such a service, how do you arrange payment? I dont have a Turkish bank account, and money transfers cost too much, any other ways? I would really appreciate someones recommendation, as I dont want to be stitched up, and end up paying over the odds.
