Darren, Thankyou for your reply. I quote the salient points from an article published in the Dalyan Times Property Pages which gives chapter and verse on Article 16 of the Constitution concerning the status of foriegners. Perhaps you would advise whether I have mis-understood this.
Obviously it would not be in Turkeys interest to nationalise every foreigners home, however the Turkish Goverment government retains that right. In many ways I admire Turkeys stance on these matters, protection of the Nation State, its people and culture. It is a pity that the Uk goverment has not taken a leaf out of Turkeys book.
