I don`t know too much about living costs in Turkey so could you give me a general overview as to average prices.
In the UK my council tax is £1200 a year
Water supply, is this piped into every property from the water company ?
I read somewhere a property had "salt water" which meant white goods didn`t last long ?
Do ex-pats buy bottled water for brushing their teeth ?
Petrol / Diesel ?
Electricity I pay about £1 for 5kW (it gets cheaper after 200kW) ?
Swimming Pool Question - does anyone look after this themselves or do you get a pool man in ?
Day to day shopping costs compared to the UK ?
Are cars easy to buy in Turkey ?
Anything else that you can think off would be very welcome ?
