The situation is still on going. There will be a final court decision in the next few months. Whilst I obviously am against the building of the factory dont get too hung up on it. It may be built, may be a cleaner version, may not get built. The definitive effect on the area is still not clear but I know of no scramble whatsoever of people selling because of it. Indeed an est agent friend has recently sold 3 more houses in the village so its not all doom and gloom. If I can help you with anything just ask here or pm me
