We bought our flat 5 yrs back, and bought all of our furnishings in Altinkum n Didum, white goods, wardrobes, beds, cabinets, tables, chairs, the whole caboodle, furnished the flat throughout inside 1 week, fortunately we have Turkish friends who came with us for most of our goods, and advised us where to go etc, it was a big plus.
The one good thing when we bought everything, was, it was delivered within half an hour of us buying, none of this waiting for 6 weeks delivery lark, all deliveries were carried into the flat and positined to wherever we required, and all done by the guys with big smiles on their faces,some service, needless to say I gave all of them a tip.
However, each to their own as they say, but we have never encountered any probs with any of our goods since we bought, wish you luck, whatever you decide.
