Re: dirty beach

When l was living near the beaches of Altinkum.l have noticed the amount of rubbish washed up everyday during the winter months.By looking at the rubbish,it is odvious where the rubbish is coming from. The fishing boats are the one's l am pointing my finger at.With hypodermic needles, plastic bottles containing waste engine oil, loads of cigarette butts, discarded food packaging, nets, fishing line with hooks etc.
l had a pair of binoculars focused on this large fishing boat while sailing out to sea,and l actually did see a person chucking a lot of rubbish over the edge. The cigarette butts are a everyday occurence from the fishing vessels at night, being disposed of once they have finished their smoke.
l did ask a Turkish person about this irrisponsible action from these boats, whether he can help me to translate what l want to say to the authorities about this problem. He said you will be wasting your time, and they will just laugh at you
