Mangrego, yes, it's not perfect, but that's about right; a perfect 1Mbps connection would have; download 1mbs, upload 0.25mps (roughly).

Mack/Immac/Redders, do you know if anyone's had experience of the line speed dropping if you go over the fair use limit?
