That maybe the case now but as demand increases and berths become more scarce, it can only be a matter of time before commercialism takes over.

The marina in Akbuk probably sees little new traffic, Belidiye more than likely sees very little income too from the locals, but a marina is always a good earner and I am pretty sure they will capitalise on its potential before too long, or maybe make the mistake and lease it to a foreigner.
