I used to have a budgie called Skippy when i was a child and it talked, my Dad trained it, I got it as a tiny baby. I was devastated when that bird died!
My budgie developed a tumour on the side of it but we had no money to get it treated so I had to watch it suffer and die and I've never got over that now I cannot bear to see any animal suffer
