I want to voice my concerns about the estate agent we have used. We have our deeds and everything is done and dusted so to speak BUT......he has never told us anything about how to pay bills or home insurance. When I email he never replies. Our friend also is in the process of buying from him and they requested a solicitor but they have not heard from the estate agent or the solicitor. Like us our friends never hear from the estate agent and for the little contact we have with him he has said our friends deeds are through but never phoned them but said it to us. They are livid that he has'nt appointed a solicitor on their behalf and so they won't pay the balance until one is appointed. I feel embarrased that I recommended him to my friends. I will not recommend him anymore.
