Maintenance Charges
Info please - we are slightly reeling from shock at being informed that the monthly maintenance fee for our 3 bed apartment will be £90.00 per month - we had been told it would be around £50.00. Being a small new development, the Management is still being run by an Agent, but we believe it is more usual for the residents to form a co-operative. True? Has anyone in the Bodrum area any advice/help or info or similar experiences.
