Gipseybabe have had a quick look at your previous post and I gather that you are buying in Gumusluk on a new complex of 41 units, and that the maint charges are 60 GBP per month each (total 29000 GBP per annum). Questions Has gumusluk got mains gas now??? If not when do you expect it/have been told the mains gas will be on line??? do you believe that the mains gas will be supplied on time??? what will you do for water heating/cooking if its not on time??? Do you believe that your complex is getting 29000 worth of maintenance and security per annum??? do you think that 400 each for the gas pipes (collectively 16400 GBP) is a fair price??? Do you think it fair and reasonable for the developer to start adding extras and then charging you for them post contract signing???
