Update

The House of Commons debate was on TV around 7pm tonight (UK time). Naomi Long East Belfast MP done us all proud, we wanted all issues mentioned that we read about on here, not just ours regarding the Management Plan and she successfully done that and as the management plan is not an individual issue but affects all owners on sites over 8 properties (I think it's 8), it looks like this matter will be pursued ))))

Looks like I'll be involved in the next Alliance Party campaign as a way of gratitude!!!
