I will contact the agent but I am not optimistic because when I asked for the Ferdi Iskan the document she gave me was a photocopy of the Yapi Kulanma which dates back to December 2001. The site is a co-operative which was supposed to be wound up last year but couldn't because 3 of the owners still had debts. Last I heard it was to be wound up by the AGM this summer.

When we bought our house in 2003 I thought that once we had our Tapu then everything was done and dusted. I knew nothing about a habitation certificate until I read about it on the internet.

Is getting the Ferdi Iskan a very complicated procedure?
