Hi does anyone know anything about Aegean Heights phase 4 ???

Another Right Move Abroad wonder...Phase 1 of Aegean hasn't got planning permission, Phase 2 doesn't exist so I'd be wary of phase 4

Phase 4 not even started yet completion date was May 2010 now it is Jan 2010 Phase 2 was stoped due to acalogical findings

Hello All.
New to the forum but have a few bits which might help.
Spoke to a collegue out there and Phase one has all legal documents needed for the site!!
With regards of Phase 4 im of the understanding that work is due to go full speed in the next few weeks or so.
There has been a few issues with regards the global financial crisis but the builders who have developed Phase 1 and 3 have a new website with all details of the sites not sure what the address is so if anyone has the address it would be a help.

Do your own homework is what I would suggest. We have customers who are currently fighting to get their money back from this lot.

we will have to hope that the lawyers have done there job properly on aegean heights but like alot of altinkum and turkey the process is very slow my friend has bought on appollon phase1 nearly 3 years ago and still no tapu so it is quite a widespread thing it seems out there

Guess this is the backlash you get when you're willing to stick your neck out for people. Same old, same old. ALL PHASE 1 CUSTOMERS HAVE THEIR TAPUS WITH THE TICK IN THE CORRECT BOX. As promised. Try looking on Absolutely Altinkum where there are tonnes of our customers who have a thread with over 100 pages of their own opinions. Jog on...
