I'm going to be an Akbuk owner in May on a new site of around 50 small duplexes not sure of the site name

I bought on a trip last weekend and am really looking forward to it.

Found some really helpful information on here so thank you all.

where in relation to the village are you? what sites can you remember around the area (BTW - your contract should say what site it is on)

Why did you decide to buy in akbuk and not altinkum?

There is about 15 words to the address so i dont know which ones seem important

Mushtaq tells me that the complex is directly behind his.

Apparantly Juco, another forum member has bought on the same new complex.

I looked at Altinkum, which I love, but the little duplex in Akbuk was a similar price to a small 2 bed appt in Altinkum on the ground floor. The views from my roof terrace are stunning.

Yep, thing is at the momment the Bargains are still there to be found, I think come mis summer they will of gone and the prices will soar.
