Anyone in Akbuk having to update their Tapu?

Hello All

been reading on here about some people having to update their Tapu's or be fined upto 1000tl due to a tick or cross being in wrong box. I am unclear whether this update is just for apartment owners, new builds or house owners too and was hoping someone from Akbuk knows something about it? I have a house in Akbuk on a site which is not a new build and have had my Tapu around 3 years. I dont have any boxes with ticks or crosses in. My tapu looks different to ones posted on here. Cannot see any Kat Mulkiyeti box at all where a tick or cross is meant to be. Just want to find out if I have to update mine or not and have any other people from Akbuk done so?
