Hi mine was 126.50Tyl for year for 2 bed duplex in Altinkum,1 name on tapu.You can pay it in 2 instalments Jan/May,but most just go to council office with your tapu,and pay it there annually,before end of May,after that there is a small penalty for late payment,even though you never receive the demand in the first place.If you do not have your tapu,then your builder pays it,and usually passes bill onto you.

no i did,nt aegean homes paid it for us with money left with them for bills.thank you.
