Mushtaq, do you have or know of any properties in Akbuk resale or new not on complex for all year round living....just looking at the moment got another bee in my bonnet, not quite got round to telling Gordon yet though.
If he reads this, well let it be a gentle way of telling him were buying!!!!

we have a couple of people living on our complex, there is always something going on all year round, there is even a mobile shop that comes round in the morning with bread, milk, water etc.

I know of few properties near the village where people obviously live all year round, and even small residential plots of land to build your own if you like.

Akbuk is a small village with a little harbour, supermarket and usuall kind of shops and services (reminds me of a small version of Fethiye) so people are about and doing their thing, there are no bars and restaurants (out of season) as such, but I'm sure that will change.
