Kipa comes to Akbuk

After months of speculation, it is with regret I need to let the men of Akbuk know that the building in Akbuk is not going to be Maggies "gentlemens" club it's opening up as Kipa, or so the big banner say's outside. Sue xx

My only joy of going to Kipa in Soke is afterwards going into Soke town centre & having a cracking meal. Looks like thats about to end.

It's one of the new builds in the centre of the village/town next to the Garanti paramatic. The building is only small, although the banner doesn't state that it is a Kipa express, I rather suspect that it what it is going to be, certainly nothing the size of the one at soke. xx

Re: Kipa comes to Akbuk

Express in Turkey is the opposite of the uk as the Kipa at Soke is an Express and it is massive.

Re: -->: Kipa comes to Akbuk

I'v just come back from a visit to Kipa, Akbuk- it was heaving as it is opening day! nothing special in my opinion, I'll still be doing the trip to Kipa Soke once a month.

it's not very big, the aisles are very close together but they do have a fresh fish and a fresh meat counter, however they didn't have any ground coffee.

Re: Kipa comes to Akbuk

Agree a bit of a dissapointment really . Very badly laid out. Tills to near the aisles.Meat counter looked okay . I suppose it will be okay for every day bit & bobs but the other Supermarkets in Akbuk all stock the same stuff.!!!

Jury out will check it out again when its less crowded.!!!

My Pole Dancing Club would have been far better there really.!!!

Hugs Maggie xx

Re: Kipa comes to Akbuk

We walked in yesterday and walked back out again. . . far too busy, we will wait until the novelty wears off and pop in then. Probably right about the pole dancing/dancing pole club Maggie, but I don't think it would quite as busy, unless you served free food. Sue xx

Re: Kipa comes to Akbuk

Is this Kipa store in addition to the one to be built in Didim/Altinkum?

Just out of curiosity, how are Migros, Tansas and Bim coping with the extra competition?
