some thing i read on another forum if you have bought land you could lose it after a couple of years if you have not built on it
anybody know any details

Someone said that to me today, I find it hard to believe, could be started by a builder trying to pursue a build on Brit owned plot of land

As far as i know, it is only for big plots (more then 25000sqm) bought by investors.

Within 2 years they need to present a building plan.
