New Site Development In Akbuk
Looks like another 200 properties are being built in Akbuk. Does anyone know exactly where the site is being built. Its called Yasmin Garden Complex, being developed by Ephesus Homes:

This development is across the road from Derby hotel, very close to the beach.

The Derby is on the right hand side just before you get to the village.
When you pass the island the road climbs up, then dips on the right you pass a site called Gul Kent, if you carry on a little further you come to couple of shops on the right, just after these shops there is a clearing on the right and left, just after this area is the Derby on the right and the new development on the left.
If you carry on a little further you come to Akbuk village proper.

Is this anywhere near the council offices? It is over a year since I was in Akbuk and I didn't get to look around much then, so I'm not too sure of landmarks etc.
My villa is being built just up behind the council offices.
