Re: Akbuk pine village.

Hi,

I am living with my familiy in Bodrum Turgutreis. We bought our villa for a six years ago. Now I am looking for a new real estate investment. Very good friends of mine are living in Akbk and they recommend me the Akbukpine Village. Last week I have been there and I must say that I was really impressed by the site. I spoke to the manager and he told me that the contruction works are almost finished. Now I am considering to buy a property there....

Billy there are plenty of places for sale in Akbuk. Its out of season now & its worth a trip to have a look around, there will be plenty of Brits who live there who will give you the SP. There are many detached villas there that are not tied into a complexes owned by Brits & quite possibly on the market. Deal with them direct if you can or by an owner on here.

Best of luck to you.

Re: Akbuk pine village.

Prices seem a little steep, 83000 for a semi detached with shared pool

Re: Akbuk pine village.

Too far from the village 1.3 mile and sitting at 300 feet above sea level, that would be a hell of a walk in the summer heat. An older average person will take at least 40 minutes to walk that.

Re: Akbuk pine village.

We took a look at them yesterday & they do look very good & well built. The grounds were well maintained BUT the draw back for us would be that they are too far away from the village. You would need transport & that's not really an option if you are not a full time resident. Then we found a complex called Didum Country Villas. The area was very isolated & the place looked deserted, although all the properties looked finished. A night watchman saw us & took us round a show home - what a disappointment !! The properties looked quite large from the outside but inside they were really small. Three bedrooms but so small that the double bed was against the wall. The kitchen was smaller than ours. Awful, wouldn't give them a second look !

Re: Akbuk pine village.

Only one way to buy in Akbuk.............off a Brit & me personally it would not be on a complex. People are very lucky if they have landed on a complex without issues, past or present or even lurking in the future.
