"We have not put prices on this site because our suppliers change them frequently."

Adam....

Why should prices change "frequently"?

I asked the same question, it is because prices are lower in the winter months than they are in Summer. As far as i know this is common practice in all furniture shops. It would make things easier for them if they put prices on but this is how they want to work!

why are they lower in winter. what it realy means is get as much as you can.
there is no need to change prices because the people are coming over to furnish in summer
thats just sheer greed. and if this is the case then i will buy no more from them.
they no a lot of brits cant get flights in winter so it means that because we have to go in the summer we have to give them more. thats a load of s***. them and others like them have doubled there prices enyway.with me having a furniture shop i used to go and look in there shops
and get prices and was surprised how cheap they were with in 1 yr of people buying there prices doubled in all shops. and it was the same furniture.

"Frequent price changes" in my book Adam is not seasonal variations. Just my 2p worth. I really think they should publish their prices, if they are competitive then people will patronise them accordingly.

Guess they are paying your bill and they call the shots....

One other thing... do you know if they extend monthly payment (Taksit) to ex-pats living here without the use of a credit card (ie Senet) ? Maybe useful for some people.

"Frequent price changes" perhaps a bad choice of words on my behalf i will have to change that! But i did not say that the prices are more in summer what i said that theye are chaper in winter. All the shops i visited were quite open about this! they are lowering them because they are all in competition with each other! 1 good thing about it though is that as they are not asking for payment in advance it still gives you a chance to haggle i suppose.

well come on now. why are they cheaper. il tell you why because there is not a lot of brits to fleece. and thats why because the turks wont pay there prices. they will go else were they no the ins and outs while a lot of brits dont.
if these shops are not making a lot of money out of the buyers why all of a sudden loads of furniture shops all over
forget about the t shirts lets get our hands on big money.
its the same the world over.so dont let enybody think that the turks wont try and get as much money as they can out of you because they will. they are very freindly people and will help you all they can. but when it comes to selling
if they can get 20 for something thats only 10 they will

Sandra, if only us Brits applied the same ethos to everything we buy in Turkey we would all be a lot lot richer, but I guess have less Turkish friends in tow...... think about it!

Merv!

In Turkey theres a very true saying.....

Para var arkadas cok
Para yok kimse yok

If you have money you have lots of friends,
When you dont have money, no friends.
