I am only an occassional (but regular) user of this forum. I would like to echo what everybody else has said about you as a person. Again, don't know you personally but there are a handful of people on TLF whose goodness shines through in every post - you are top of the tree. From the welcomes that you extend to new members, to the common sense and decency that you spread, I am shocked that this could happen to someone like you. Your experience has had an impact on many people and you are a figurehead for this. I sincerely wish you and your family the very best of luck with this situation.

Good God Tess -- have been away since Friday and am just catching up - can"t believe what has happened to you -- your apartment furnishings are beautiful and I am sure you will sell them very quickly - but that is NOT the point - is it ?

Anyone heard anything from Tess?
Worried that things have gone from bad to worse as she hasnt been on-line.
Have to do the school run for grandchild now, back soon.

I spoke to her on the phone last night before last and by email this morning. She is overwhelmed by the support and a bit dizzy trying to get her head around the donation thing but she will be back on soon.

Spoke to her this morning. She's at work today and is fine,(or as well as you can be with your head going around in circles trying to take everything in) was still waiting for word on the current position re her furniture.

Sharon's builder also owns a restaurant in Akbuk "AYDINHAN" The very expensive looking stone built one along the seafront which opened about 3 years ago. Not using this restaurant would be a good way of hitting them where it hurts.

Ow Thanks for this piece of info.
Im sure a few of us Akbuk crew could go dish some dirt when the season starts.
I never liked this resturant anyway.!!!!!Too stingy with the portions and very overpriced.

Sharon seems to be still waiting to see if she can get her furniture out as she now knows the app has already been sold on, its a disgrace!!!
I don't know how she is coping with going to work when all this is going on. So much for solicitors!.
