Recommendations on estate agents.

Does anyone have any recommendations on estate agents to go to when selling a property. As i am aware of all the problems due to the property scams, that people are put off buying in Turkey, how is the property market over there at the moment. I have been told by a few people that its best to wait until next year, but was also told this last year!.
Any information will be gratefully recieved.
Thanks.

Re: Recommendations on estate agents.

Property is in free fall in most coastal regions of Turkey, has it is worldwide...............so if possible hang on and wait for this credit crunch to pass and hopefully a pick up in the property market may come..............apts i looked at in 2008 for 80 to 100k are now selling for 60k and still awaiting buyers.

Re: Recommendations on estate agents.

The only bargain you will grab is if they were overpriced to start with. For example, our prices hqve increased, not decreased as we have the demand for the product. Know your market.

I got the impression you wanted to sell, not buy?

Lyndsey I find it hard to believe that your property has increased....you obviously work or are part of people selling the devolpment??
All property has decreased, you must have a MAGIC WAND............how come your devolpment is still selling ,if you have the demand ,you would be SOLD OUT by now???
I'm sick to the teeth with liars and lies being told re property has TESS will tell.

Re: Recommendations on estate agents.

I know people will think I am spouting rubbish but it's true. Our properties were fairly priced and worked out the cost at a fair rate to start with and we are on phase 3 of the development with people waiting for us to finish the fist half of it any time now so they can have their keys. Poeple were buying off plan at the time as we literally couldn't build them quick enough. If it's the right price, the right reputation with good facilities and you deliver what you have promised time and time again it is not unusual.
