apollon holiday village

Hi my name's Jim I spent a 2 week holiday in Altinkum last year and was really impressed with the town,my wife and I would like to buy an apartment at the Apollon Holiday Village, we went there last year for a look around and spoke to different people some of which were owners, we were under the impression
that it was all going to be finished last year but having spoke to various people we kept intouch with this year, there seems to be some problems, apparently the roads which were supposed to be done last year aren't , tapu's which were supposed to be issued last year haven't in fact I've been told most owners have been waiting over 4 years for them, and with some of the stuff you read about and see on TV you need to be careful, does anyone know anything about the builders or are they just another bunch of cowboys?

The Apollon holiday village is a long way out of town, virtually in Mavisehir

Put it this way.....it's the same builders for the whole complex, so if some people haven't got their tapus, the chance of you getting one will be slim, so walk away

There are hundreds of builds with tapu and hab cert already in place, go for one of those
If you want an honest emlak's name, who has properties like that on his books, PM me

Keep your money in the bank. And rent,

Unless you want your hard earned cash in someone else's pocket and your life sizzleing away on the back burner of turkey,s justice system ,

Take care kale Yvonne x. Good luck

What a load of rubbish, people speaking about what they dont know about!! ive had my penthouse on the apollon for 6 years & had my correct tapu & hab for 4 years.. most people have got their tapus & its only a matter of time. I would never of bought if it meant living IN Altinkum, its a lovely location.. One of the top 3 complexes in the area. FACT. I think some people on this forum need to know the facts

regards

i bought from the same builders at their other complex, diamond villa,s. Unfortunately Neil the main builder, passed away last year. this may be causing some delays in progress, although progress is usually slow in Turkey anyway! i have my tapu, as have many others. Neils family are still living at the apollon and are involved in the business. they are usually readily available to talk to.

There were delays with tapus at Diamond villas and the Appollon village, prior to this, with many varied reasons/excuses given. As one not easily duped,I do not share your optimism.

Hi, my friends did say that phase 1&2 have tapus, it was phase 3 & 4 that haven't
do you know if this is true, how long do you have to wait for tapu's, I've been told by estate agents in the area that it's should be a matter of months rather than years, only the people I've been speaking to on your complex have had their properties for coming up for 2 years and they still haven't got their tapu's ! when your thinking of buying a property on the complex as we are you need to have confidence in these things as I'm sure you would appreciate

Just one more point Kevin, would you pay 40/50 thousand pounds for a mercedes, only to be told once you have bought it that you can't have the log book until the garage you bought it from was ready to give it to you , if at all.
