Hi Steve - just looked at your photos - we were 10 minutes from buying the first floor one facing the back in October last year - we went 3 times to view it, there was a family downstairs who let us in for a look and an elderley couple opposite, he was busy doing the garden at the time - lovely people. We were put off by the cement monstrosity so I'm glad for you that it's gone. We have an apartment round the corner that's our rent out one in the Peyda Aqua complex but we finally plumped for an apartment behind the police station in Hunter Valley, mainly cos I wanted a pool and it's next to our friends. We are around in May and in September - if we yell will you let us in for a cuppa?

My apartment is near the mariner, is that anywhere near the 3rd Beach?

Only managed to find 2 beaches, am I stupid or what.

greta - are you near the following places? The Tropicano didim beach all inclusive hotel is right on the sea front. The Esra is near, the Peyda Aqua apartments are near, the fun fair is near, the pine tree woods where the Turkish do their exercise class in the mornings is near. The beaches run in this order, left to right looking in from the Aegean - 3rd beach, 2 1/2 beach, main beach, 2nd beach. Don't know if this helps.

hiya rosie,trevor is quite right regarding the beaches location. trevor we go over on the 9th may for a week, if you are over just yell and the kettle will be on or wine or beer ... lol
