property developers altinkum
hi all.
Does anyone know of this property developer / builder who is based in altinkum.
im thinking of buying from them but would like to check them out first.
they are

not heard of them but they say they have built diamond villas and although i have not been inside them they look ok, not checked out their prices to see how they compare with others

Hi Steve, Wisemovehomes are bases next to jollys restaurant on the second beach. I have known Ali & Yalcin for several years as well as their English partner Neil. I have watched their Diamond Villas project from the day they purchased the land to its finish. In my opinion it is built to a much higher standard than is usual, and the attention to detail is excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them as builders and agents, and would expect you to recieve excellent after sales service.Andyp

You stated before that you were interested in the appolon complex, I believe these are also being constructed by the same company?

and in todays post you have no hesitation in recommending wise moves having known them for years, just a little curious as to why just a year ago, you were looking for estate agents recommendations just dont seem to add up?

not really a bop on the nose , I appreciate that people recommend builders agents etc, but these and it's just my opinion, are only of value, if the person that recommends has maybe dealt with the person/company that they are endorsing.
I was just puzzled to see this glowing recommendation from someone who just a year ago were themselves asking this forum for agents that the forum could recommend and 12 months later, they are recommending someone they have known for years?
This is just my opinion only.   |
