I applied for the family, two year RP, there is no mention on the print-out of the instructions from the online application for any other fees. We paid the 55TL only.

What is the $80.00 for???

Re: Res permit

Fees for 12 month Short-term Residence Permits.
The cost is 80 USD (for most nationalities) paid in Turkish Lira at whatever the exchange rate is on the day.
Children's permits are half the cost of an adult permit.
In addition there is a fee of 55 Turkish Lira for the registration card.

There may be other disbursements if you need anything notorising or asked to provide additional documents.

Health insurance will coast what it will cost, the price is tailored to the individual. Unless you are asking about SGK, but you need to have already held residency for a year before you join that.

So there is no straight answer to your question.

Re: Res permit

If you have applied under the ''First Application'' then you will have booked an appointment with your provincial office of the DGMM,this is when you will be required to go to the local tax office and pay your 'Tax'. If you have applied for an ''extension'' then no interview is needed ,so you pay both fees before posting your application documents to your DGMM office.

Re: Res permit

You can also pay for your new RP at desıgnated banks.I wıll be payıng at the tax offıce lıke ı dıd last tıme---ı wrıte the two amounts on a pıece of paper and underneath that yenı ıkamet para.I go to the counter fırst to show them---they gıve me a slıp of paper after they have converted the 80 dollars fee ınto lıra at that days exchange rate then ı go to the payment counter and pay what theyve wrıtten on the slıp of paper plus 55tl whıch ıs for my new card assumıng ı get one.Do not forget to take your payment recıepts to your appoıntment ıf you are usıng FIRST APPLICATION procedure. If you are applyıng for an extensıon and no ıntervıew ıs requıred ı suppose that you would post your receıpt allong wıth your documents as proof you have paıd.

Kibris, as I applied for family RP, mine is different. But yours seems to be the same as what Rob quotes. Wazzup with that?
