Re: Cattery in Didim?

Not exactly a cattery as such , but the vet at the animal shelter takes some of them in

Thanks Ted we are looking at moving over to Akbuk next year but at times we will have to go back to the UK for a couple of weeks hence needing a cattery, do you by any chance have the vets details.

Re: Cattery in Didim?

Here's a thought. Would it be about the same cost & much happier for the cats if you got them pet passports ? There was, or used to be an animal shelter in Didum but it was always short of funds & was mainly a last resort for strays. Another idea - if you have good nearby neighbours who are animal lovers perhaps they would be willing to take care of them. Actually, we rescued a ferel cat about 5 years ago (long storey). We come to our complex twice a year for holidays but another kind permanent resident looks after her very well for us . We do pay her and we insist on giving her money although she is reluctant to take it. Hope this helps !

Hi Dylan, there is a cattery in Balat. It is run by a lovely Turkish couple. They look after our cat every year. They also have kennels for dogs and our three dogs go there. If you want more information about it please PM me.

Hi Dylan, there is a cattery in Balat. It is run by a lovely Turkish couple who are good friends of ours. They have been looking after our cats and dogs for years. They have a cattery area and kennelling facilities for dogs. If you want to know more about it please PM and I can give you more information.

Re: Cattery in Didim?

Sorry if I gave the wrong impression, the vet doesn't provide a cattery service, just takes in the odd stray
