Re: Coconut milk

i was in the metro in alanya today and they did indeed many types of coconut milk and the cheapest one for a can was only about 2tl

on their website they list stores in
İstanbul I - Güneşli
İstanbul II - Kozyatağı
İstanbul III - Büyükçekmece
İstanbul IV - Pendik
Ankara I - Etlik
Ankara II - Mamak
Antalya I - Alanya
Antalya II - Kepez
İzmir
Bursa
Adana
Bodrum
Gaziantep
Konya

As far as i know they have stopped doing day passes (at least they have in the alanya branch) for people without a card. but if you live in an area that has a metro then asking around to neighbours or local bars/restaurants that you are friendly with (even the local shop owner) and they might have a card they can lend you for a day

i hope this helps

Re: Coconut milk

Hi, Metro in Antalya stock coconut milk, they also do one day passes, if you come from airport direction towards Antalya just before you reach large roundabout with the oranges and fountains, traffic lights turn right and metros is just down there.

Re: Coconut milk

Kipa do a range of milks, including coconut, soya, almond and others. Expensive by comparison to the cow variety.

Re: Coconut milk

We order it online from https://www.gurmenet.com/ The site is in Turkish but fairly easy to navigate. If you call them they do speak English. You can order frozen food (prawns, mussels etc) but you need to buy Dry Ice too. Delivery time is good.
